The first real post in a new blog is never an easy one to write. The purpose of this blog is to document my move from a city of 3 million people to a small town of 3,172 people.
The story so far:
My wife and I decided (well, she decided then convinced me) that it would be good idea to move to Thermopolis Wyoming. The main reason being that her parents live there, and she would be able to practice with her father. They are both chiropractors. Sarah (my wife) is about to graduate from chiropractic school, and working with her dad would be a very good way for her to start out. I am going to open my own little computer repair shop in this small town. I will be the only computer repair person for over a hundred miles. I have about 11 weeks left before the move, and a lot to accomplish in that time for starting a new business. So far, I've put in official notice at my job that I'm leaving in December. I've designed myself a logo, and I've started work on my inventory/service tracking system.
Keep an eye out here for updates.
