I've been inspired to create things lately. The casemod that I did is from that energy. I also created a pair of these laptop stands. I pretty much copied the design from lifehacker, and I really love them. Sarah is a big fan of them as well.

i like the use of blue and green ties. gives it a splash of color. nice. :)
you'll have to see if you can mount a little fan in there too. my laptop overheats big time.
Just getting some air underneath should help the overheating. While the blue and green ties are aesthetically pleasing, they are not sturdy. I'm planning on replacing them with some bigger thicker black ties.
you could get some led fans for the bottom and bask in the glow while surfing the net.
don't give him any more ideas :)
